•   No caffeine the morning of your appointment.
•   Prior to your appointment please dont groom your brow hairs.
•   If you are doing lip blush please keep your lips moist and un-chapped during your appointment.
•   If you have an previous viral lip outbreaks or coldsores you will need to go on anti viral medication 3-4 days prior to your appointment.
•   There is a 10 minutes grace period, we will have to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. Being late will create a delay to our schedule and is unfair to other clients.

Please have realistic expectations. We can only work with what we are given. (i.e. the shape and darkness of your previous tattoo, the amount of hair you have, your brow muscles, brow bones, and your skin condition).

•   We cannot guarantee 100% successful result to our clients because everyone’s skin takes in permanent makeup differently.
•   There are also no refunds as we have carried out the services.

• Any appointments cancelled within one week of appointment date will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date.
• Same day cancellations will be charged for the price of the FULL SERVICE.

  Please understand that our artist are very busy and would like to take as many clients as possible. We have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time.

•   Any rescheduling less than 7 days from your appointment time will be a forfeit of your deposit and another deposit will be needed to book another.
•   You may reschedule up to 2 times and rescheduled date must not exceed 6 months from initial date.
•   Any rescheduled appointments will be for the current rate.
•   No call-No shows or an notice less than 24 hours before appointment will result in a full credit card charge

• Rescheduling appointments will be possible if artist is given a one week notice prior to your scheduled appointment.
• Due to limited appointment availability we may not be able to reschedule your appointment until a much later date.
• Promotional rates may change if you reschedule your appointment to a later date.
• If you are rescheduling your TOUCH UP the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment (use price lists as reference).
• If you are rescheduling within one week of your appointment date you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date. A new deposit will need to be made when rescheduling a future appointments. 

• Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment because they can often times be distracting to our artists. In order to give our clients the best brows possible we must be able to have our full attention on them!

• Gift certificates can be purchased in store. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Gift certificates is the equivalent of cash. If lost or stolen, certificates will not be replaced. Gift certificates are non-refundable. All certificates expire 6 months from date of issue and must be redeemed prior to, or on, the expire date.

   

• Expired certificates do not retain any value. Cosmetic Illusions reserves the right to change services without notice. Certificates must be presented upon arrival.

   

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Certificate(s).

• Your procedure will not start until you have agreed on a shape that is flattering to your facial features. Please make sure you are completely satisfied with the procedure you choose (eyebrows, lips, and/or eyeliner) before the procedure begins and before leaving the studio.
• Everyone is different and responds to topical numbing differently.
• The amount you bleed will afleet the outcome result and theretore, may require additional sessions to achieve the desired result.
• No phone usage during the procedure to lessen any distraction to the artist.

• Photos taken of you before, during and after your enhancement may be used for marketing purposes.
• Your pictures may appear on our social media pages and websites.

• Touch-ups are not included.
• Touch-up pricing is determined on the timeframe you return. Please review “PMU Services”  for details and pricing.
• It is your responsibility to book your touchup with enough notice within the timeframe. Touchup timeframes are spaced out at least 5 months at a time. It is recommended to book your touchup appointment within 10 days of your initial session.
  Therefore, we are not responsible for an unforeseen circumstances or unavailability when booking last minute. 
• Touchup sessions are not to change the shape or color of the initial appointment. If you would like to change the shape of your enhancement during your touchup appointment, you will be charged accordingly for the service.
• A touchup session is recommended for 8 weeks from the initial session to ensure the desired result. On rare occasion, a client may need a third or fourth session due to having a skin type that is more resistant. The client will be charge accordingly.

• We deserve the right to refuse service.

• Our prices are subject to change at any time

  We will be working together to create a shape that fits to your facial structure. 

  Please be mindful that all faces are not symmetrical that all clients carefully examine and approve each Pre-dr before starting all tattooing procedures.

  Results may vary depending on clients skin, lifestyle, age, sun, diet, health, and of course after care. I am not responsible able for any changes in shape or color once you leave my studio.

  PERMANENT MAKEUP IS AN ART AND RESULTS ARE NEVER GUARANTEED. IF REQUIRING A TOUCH UP(S) PRICES WILL BE BASED ACCORDINGLY.

  TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS

• When booking your appointment your will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment. Deposits are non refundable and non-transferable.

• Cosmetic Illusions is a pre-paid salon, this means payment for non-permanent services must be made within 60 minutes of selecting a service/s otherwise the requested appointment will automatically be forfeited.Alternatively, invoices can be sent upon requesting a booking and those invoices must be paid within 24 hours.

  Failure to pay within the 24 hour time frame means you forfeit your appointment time.

  No appointments will be held tentatively.

  Payments will be made via credit card online.

  We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and we kindly request that you provide us with at least 14 days notice.

  If you need to cancel or change your appointment within the 48-hour window, a new booking fee will need to be paid in advance prior to making another booking.

  Any changes to cosmetic tattoo appointments must be made 14 days prior to your appointment or you will forfeit your booking fee, to rebook an appointment you will have to transfer a new booking fee.

  Booking fees are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable.

  If you arrive to your appointment more than 10 minutes late, you forfeit your appointment as well as your booking fee.

We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.
